Nick Havercroft
Chairman and Founder

Nick was born in England and emigrated to Zimbabwe with his family in 1980.He began his career in agriculture in 1983, beginning as a learner assistant, then attended agriculture collage and progressed to farm   management building and expanding a large agriculture  concerns . He then purchased his own farm and quickly become one of the largest agriculture concerns in Zimbabwe through the acquisition of other farms and companies. He also pioneered the farm to manufacture in the tobacco business in Zimbabwe through his acquisition and development of the Savanna Tobacco Company and also pioneered the contract farming system now widely used in Zimbabwe. After the  land reforms in Zimbabwe he  has gone on to  established many green field companies throughout Africa and has established very strong ties throughout the region, Middle East, Eastern Europe and China, where  he  has a very sound  18 years experience  of working within  China , has  many friendships and  established various partnerships, joint ventures and business ventures within China.

Gavin Havercroft
Vice Chairman and Co-Founder

Gavin, like Nick immigrated to Zimbabwe in 1980 and began his farming career in 1992.he completed two years as a farm assistant then attended agriculture collage and progressed onto farm management running a successful operation. He then entered into a partnership to purchase his own farm and business but this was disrupted by the Zimbabwe land reforms. He then went on to head agricultural business development for an integrated agricultural company throughout Africa gaining vast experience of the rainforests and timber industry in tropical and equatorial Africa.

Han Qing
General Manager (China)

Han Qing is the General Manager of Green Earth China, joint venture partnership with Green Earth Africa. She has many years in marketing and development throughout China and has a degree in business development. Through her skills and team work, she has developed the marketing team in China based in the city of Weihai, a leading Chinese environmental city. She has ensured the companies compliance within the Chinese carbon markets and is responsible for all environmental offsets trading and investments throughout China and the region.

Gong Bengao

Ben has many years in promoting business and trade relations between Chinese companies and international companies and has been instrumental in attracting many international companies to invest in China, specifically within the Weihai district. He has successfully opened and run the Business Promotion Centre (USA) and was responsible for the introduction of the wine industry within China. He is a critical part of the team for the operations throughout China and has high level government contacts and advises on environmental issues and legislation for the prevention and reduction of pollution and investment into renewable resources.

Deniz Kumral

Deniz was born in Turkey and has always been interested in green projects. With years of experience with multinational companies in internet marketing business, Deniz is running the advertising and marketing section of Green Earth Africa. He is now working on the marketing plan of Green Earth Africa and other similar projects with Nick and Gavin Havercroft.
